My husband and I started investing in Real Estate over twenty-five years ago. We would buy old, neglected homes with character, and restore them back into the beauties they once were. We did eight homes in Marin County and then discovered and fell in love with Mendocino. Of course, we found another oldie and restored it, but this time we couldn’t bear to part with it, so we had to find a way to earn a living. It was natural for us to choose Real Estate. I love finding just the right home for my customers. I do tend to look at Real Estate as an investment and I am especially interested in 1031 Exchanges and Vacation Properties.
